You can return your product to us within 60 days. The items must be unused and in their original condition. For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the return costs are for your own account.

Returns:

1. Download the return form here .
2. Fill in the form and send it to servicedesk@dajalogistics.nl .
3. After approval you will receive a return label.
4. Please include the return form in the package and send it back.

Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium within the return period. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For orders outside these regions, return costs are at your own expense.
